Indianapolis To Host 2021 NBA All-Star Game

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The NBA and commissioner Adam Silver announced that Indianapolis will host the 2021 NBA All-Star Game.

Silver made the announcement at Banker's Life Fieldhouse along with Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb, Indianapolis mayor Joe Hogsett and Pacers owner Herb Simon.

"Indianapolis has an enduring love for basketball that creates a special connection to our All-Star Game," Commissioner Silver said.

It will be the first time Indianapolis hosts the NBA All-Star Game since 1985 and the first time it will be held at Banker's Life Fieldhouse.

Festivities will begin on February 12 with the Rising Stars Challenge, on the 13th will be the Skills challenge, 3-point contest, and Slam Dunk contest and on the 14th will be the All-Star Game itself.
