(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indianapolis Colts added tight end Eric Ebron on Monday with a two-year, $15 million deal.
Ebron, the 10th overall pick in the 2014 draft by the Detroit Lions, was released by the Lions ahead of having to pay him $8.25 million this season. The 24-year old started 37 games with Detroit and caught 186 balls for over 2,000 yards and 11 touchdowns.
The Colts also met with linebacker Korey Toomer on Monday. Toomer has 125 tackles the past two seasons with the Chargers.
