(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Pacers practiced for the first time since finding out they’ll play the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round of the NBA Playoffs and the consensus in the building was that everyone was up to the challenge.
"Everybody knows they have one of the best players in the game on their team," Darren Collison said. "We feel very confident in ourselves by the way we've been playing basketball and we're excited for this opportunity. We're not on national television a lot but to be on national television and show everybody how we normally play Pacer basketball is going to be fun."
Victor Oladipo added that the Pacers won't be satisfied with just a playoff appearance.
"We're trying to win. We're not trying to go and make it close or just have fun. We're trying to win."
Game 1 of the series is Sunday in Cleveland with tip-off at 3:30pm EST.
