(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Colts continued to peruse the remaining free agent market as they met with veteran cornerback Bashaud Breeland on Wednesday, according to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky.
Breeland spent the last four seasons with Washington and had agreed in principle to a contract with the Panthers earlier in free agency but had the deal nullified after failing a physical due to needing a skin graft to repair a cut on his foot. Breeland has a visit with the Cardinals scheduled for Thursday.
A day after visiting with the Colts veteran free agent running back Terrence West met with another AFC South team, the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Colts will work out free agent quarterback Cody Keith today, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Keith played with the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League last season.
