Will Power Earns $2.5M For Indy 500 Win

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Indy 500 winner Will Power earned a cool $2.5 million for his victory.

Pole-sitter and second-place finisher Ed Carpenter collected a check for over $911,000 at Monday's Indy 500 victory banquet.

Meanwhile, Robert Wickens was named Sunoco Rookie of the Year.

The winnings for each driver are determined by awards including those from the IMS and Verizon IndyCar Series.
