(FORT WAYNE, IN) - The Indiana Pacers announced that Steve Gansey, the head coach of G-League affiliate the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, will be the head coach of the Pacers’ summer league team.
"I'm extremely honored to lead the Pacers during the summer in Las Vegas," Gansey said. "This is an opportunity I have been look forward to since I got into coaching in the G-League and can't wait to grow the already cohesive relationship between the Pacers and Mad Ants."
All 30 NBA teams will compete in the MGM Resorts Summer League 2018 in Las Vegas -marking the first time the entire league will be represented in one location.
The Pacers will open summer league play on Friday, July 6 against the Houston Rockets.
