(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Colts scored two late touchdowns to edge the Cincinnati Bengals 27-26 and put a bow on their preseason schedule with a 3-1 record.
No Colts starters played in the game but Phillip Walker, the Colts third-string quarterback, impressed with 19 completions for 263 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. Both of Walker's touchdowns came in the final six minutes of the game.
Indianapolis trailed 26-14 with just under 13 minutes to play before Walker would lead the Colts to a 7-yard touchdown pass to tight end Eric Swoope and followed it up with a go-ahead 28-yard touchdown pass to Cobi Hamilton.
Jacoby Brissett got the start and went 8-of-12 for 68 yards and a touchdown.
The Colts can now officially turn the page to the regular season and prepare for this same Bengals team, who they will open the season against at Lucas Oil Stadium.
In regards to Andrew Luck, head coach Frank Reich said "he'll be good to on Monday."
The coaching staff now have to scramble and whittle the roster down to 53-men by 4pm eastern on Saturday.
