(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Pacers and center Myles Turner agreed on a four-year, $72 million contract extension on Monday.
"It took a lot of hard work to get here and I didn't do it on my own," Turner said in a news release. "I'd like to thank my family, as well as my teammates, past and present, and the coaching staff for helping me get to this point. I'm excited to build here in Indiana and I'm looking forward to the future."
The 22-year old has averaged 12.7 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.5 blocks in three seasons with the Pacers.
The contract could balloon to $80 million with incentives and bonuses.
