(BLOOMINGTON, IN) - The Indiana Hoosiers used dominant defense as they routed Central Arkansas 86-53 for their fifth straight win.
The Hoosiers scored 43 points in each half and held the Bears to 27 and 26, respectively. Devonte Green came off the bench and led IU with a game-high 19 points while Romeo Langford added 18 points, 11 rebounds and five assists.
"Devonte's a huge piece of what we're doing and he hasn't had a great shot here," head coach Archie Miller said. "In November, he was hurt. So I was glad for him to be able to come out and bust some shots tonight."
Despite the win, Miller said he wasn't overly impressed with his team's performance, citing a slow start to the game and 9-for-24 effort from 3-point range. Indiana is 10-2 and hosts Jacksonville on Saturday.
