(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Pacers winning streak ended at seven as the Cleveland Cavaliers stunned the Blue and Gold 92-91 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
Larry Nance Jr got a buzzer-beating tip-in off an errant Rodney Hood layup to give Cleveland the victory. Nance finished with 15 points and a career-high 16 rebounds while Hood led Cleveland with 17 points.
Indiana held a 91-90 lead with 9.5 seconds left but Victor Oladipo missed both of his free throw opportunities and opened the door for Cleveland.
The Pacers shot a dismal 39.8 percent from the field and Doug McDermott said the team has no one to blame for the loss except themselves.
"We didn't come ready to play. Cleveland played hungrier than we did."
Domantas Sabonis led the Pacers with 17 points while Myles Turner posted a 12 point and 10 rebound double-double.
Indiana doesn't have much time to reflect on the loss as they play the second game of a back-to-back tonight when they visit the team with the best record in the league, the Toronto Raptors, at 7:30pm EST.
