(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The NFL unveiled Pro Bowl selections on Tuesday and the Indianapolis Colts will have two representatives in the all-star game.
Tight end Eric Ebron and rookie offensive guard Quenton Nelson were voted in. Ebron is having a career resurgence in his first season with Indianapolis as he has posted 59 catches for 662 yards and a career-best 12 receiving touchdowns, which is also tied for second-most in the league at any position. He also has a rushing touchdown this season.
For Nelson, he becomes the first Colts rookie offensive lineman voted to the Pro Bowl since Chris Hinton in 1983. He has played in all 14 games and has not missed a snap.
One of the biggest snubs in the entire league was the absence of rookie linebacker Darius Leonard, who leads the entire league in tackles by a wide margin, despite missing a game.
Leonard was named as one of the Colts' alternates, as were Andrew Luck, T.Y. Hilton, Ryan Kelly, and Denico Autry.
The 2019 Pro Bowl will take place in Orlando on January 27.
