NEW ALBANY—Floyd County jurors will hear arguments today on whether a man they convicted in a triple murder should be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Charles Boney was found guilty last week in the Sept. 2000 murders of a former State Trooper's wife and two children.
Jurors determined that Boney was guilty of being a habitual offender because of previous convictions for armed robbery and criminal confinement.
Boney is scheduled to be sentenced on Feb. 23.
