NEW ALBANY—The triple murder trial of Charles Boney was in recess until today.
Earlier, Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson presented multiple witnesses who mostly told how Boney changed his story each time new evidence made it impossible for him first to deny his involvement and then his presence at the home where the family of David Camm was murdered in 2000.
David Camm has already once been tried and convicted for the murders of his wife and two children. Camm faces trial a second time in Warrick County.
