INDIANAPOLIS—Indiana-based Marsh Supermarkets has dropped its sponsorship of the Indiana State Fair.
The compnay is working through financial problems and has been looking for potential buyers.
State Fair officials say Marsh was entering the 5th year of a 6-year contract, but the company exercised an option to end the deal.
The sponsorship provided $175.000 including naming rights for the Grandstand, Blue Ribbon Pavillion and Agriculture-Horticulture building.
