(NEW ALBANY) - Lawyers for former Indiana State Trooper David Camm are asking for a new trial.
Camm's attorneys contend that the jury improperly were allowed to hear certain evidence and that the jurors themselves committed irregularities.
Camm was convicted in March of murdering his wife and their two children in 2000.
He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Charles Boney was also convicted in the case.
