(NEW ALBANY) - State Senator Connie Sipes says she plans to introduce legislation helping families of missing persons gain information about their loved ones.
Sipes says her bill will honor Molly Datillo, who went missing in Indianapolis in July of 2004.
Sipes also says she'd like the legislature to create a study committee to review laws and procedures surrounding missing persons cases.
