(INDIANAPOLIS) - The lawsuit trying to stop the Toll Road Lease will go before the Indiana Supreme Court next Tuesday.
The Supreme Court has asked "Major Moves" opponents and the state to file all their briefs by that day. Three-and-a-half hours later, the justices will hear one hour of arguments.
No word on how quickly a ruling will follow, but it's expected to be faster than usual since an Australian-Spanish consortium is scheduled to hand over a four-billion-dollar check and start running the road 17 days later.
