(MUNCIE) - A Ball State geography professor credited with starting the university’s meteorology program is leaving for a position at Frostburg State University in Maryland.
A mass e-mail sent out earlier this month indicates Dr. David Arnold's last day with Ball State will be July 17th.
Summer storm-chasing classes started by Arnold gained national attention for the university.
