(GREENE COUNTY) - Despite an early discovery of evidence of a long-gone civilization at a construction site in Greene County, archaeologists there say there hasn’t been much to write home about since.
Six weeks ago, workers found a broken dish and some flint at the construction site. Since that time, the archaeologists have not unearthed anything substantive during their efforts.
The archaeologists believe the dish and the flint are to be from the mid-19th century.
