(INDIANAPOLIS) - Marsh Supermarkets says it plans to sue its insurance company.
The Indianapolis food retailer alleges Federal Insurance Company is refusing to pay fees associated with a trademark infringement lawsuit.
In that suit, a judge found in favor of Marsh, saying it didn't infringe on the intellectual property of a North Carolina firm.
