(WEST LAFAYETTE) - If you’re flying to see family or friends for Thanksgiving, a Purdue professor has advice which may save you money.
Aviation Professor Dale Oderman advises avoiding flying on the Tuesday and Wednesday before Thanksgiving, because those flights are almost always more expensive.
Likewise, try to fly back on the Tuesday after instead of Monday, if possible, because that'll save money as well.
