(MADISON) - Madison police have arrested a man accused of beating and robbing a man outside an apartment complex.
Authorities say 25-year old Floyd Heimann of Cross Plains battered a man who had been partially paralyzed by a stroke. The victim was carrying Oxycontin pills and $200 in cash, which Heimann reportedly took.
Neighbors who witnessed the crime called police, who came and arrested Heimann. He faces two theft counts and a charge of battery causing personal injury.
