(UNDATED) - Attorney General Steve Carter is suing an online company that allegedly sold fake diplomas.
Carter claims the owner of noveltyworksdegrees.com illegally manufactured diplomas with the Indiana University seal and logo. At least one document also apparently included a forged signature of I.U. President Adam Herbert.
A judge last month approved an injunction against Indianapolis resident Allen Kleinman.
