(INDIANAPOLIS) - An Indiana musician has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.
Henry Lee Summer has been sentenced to a year of probation stemming from a September arrest. Summer had driven his SUV into a mobile home and several other vehicles. Officers needed a stun gun to subdue summer.
Summer has been ordered to pay $950 in restitution to two people whose cars were damaged.
