(CLEVELAND) - A study by a Cleveland bioscience business-recruitment firm finds Indiana in the bottom half of 12 Midwestern states in attracting venture capital.
Bioenterprise says last year was a "breakout year" for the region, with nearly $800-million in venture investment.
Indiana ranks in 8th place, the same as last year, despite 60% growth in bioscience investment. Minnesota is number-one for a second straight year.
