(UNDATED) - Even though this is not the year that the Census Bureau normally takes a survey of the number of people in America, field representatives will be heading out in the next few months to talk to area residents.
The Census Bureau, along with Bureau of Labor Statistics, will interview about 100,000 citizens to get an overview of the population growth in the nation.
They will be out this week, the week of March 18th and the week of April 15th. Results from the surveys will enable high-profile indicators, such as median household income, official poverty rate and percentage of people without health insurance, to be updated.
