(WASHINGTON, D-C) - The Environmental Protection Agency insists new low-sulfur diesel fuel isn’t the reason school buses have been stalling in the bitter cold.
Some school districts have complained to the EPA about the new formula.
An agency spokesman says diesel has always been prone to gunk up in cold weather, and the complaints are a small fraction of the customers that have made the switch.
