(JASPER) - State police have arrested a man who police say is responsible for a fatal auto wreck west of Huntingburg Tuesday night.
Police say 26-year old Brody Flamion had been drinking and smoking marijuana before his car struck one driven by Carol Hood of Oakland City.
Police say Flamion had stolen the vehicle he was driving before the wreck occurred.
