(PENDLETON) - Hundreds of people attended a Madison County hearing Thursday on the proposed Indiana commerce connector.
The project would create a 75-mile outerbelt toll road linking five interstate highways around Indianapolis.
The debate has prompted discussion of six major topics: eminent domain, economic development, traffic congestion, legislative oversight, mass transit and local issues.
