Indianapolis Officer Arrested For A Third Time

(INDIANAPOLIS) - A suspended Indianapolis police officer has been arrested on his third drunk driving charge since 2005.

29-year-old Joshua Nygren also faces charges for allegedly resisting arrest, public intoxication, and running a stop sign.

The latest arrest happened Sunday after an officer saw Nygren blow through a stop sign.

Nygren was suspended after his second drunk driving arrest last June.
