(MARION) - A State Health Department report has found deficiencies in a Marion nursing home’s policies following the February death of a resident, who left the facility unnoticed and froze to death.
76-year-old Clarence Elliott was found outside the door to a courtyard area. He died of hypothermia.
According to the department report, two of five errors at Bradner Village Health Care cited "immediate jeopardy" situations.
