(ANDERSON) - A lawsuit has been filed against the federal government over a plane crash that killed three Indiana men.
The widows of the victims allege air traffic controllers guided the small aircraft into a dangerous thunderstorm before it went down.
In 2004--Anderson attorney William Shearer was flying home from a hunting trip in South Dakota with two friends, Dr. Ronald Kracke and Armand McClintock when the plane went down in northern Missouri.
