(INDIANAPOLIS) - A teen that police say was driving a car involved in the fatal shooting of an Indianapolis Kroger supermarket employee is under arrest.
17-year-old Nathaniel Osborne of Clermont faces a preliminary murder charge.
Investigators believe the person responsible for firing the fatal shot is in Illinois.
58-year-old Wendall Anderson died shortly after being shot in the chest.
Police say they've recovered the gun used in the shooting.
