(INDIANAPOLIS) - Lieutenant Governor Becky Skillman says she believes the state is as well-prepared as any in the nation for a school shooting like Monday’s massacre at Virginia Tech.
Skillman chairs the state's counterterrorism task force.
She says you can't anticipate every possible scenario, but says the panel constantly reviews the handling of natural and manmade disasters elsewhere.
