(FISHERS) - Police say they’ve ruled out foul play in the death of a Fishers man killed in a Sunday afternoon skateboarding accident.
Brown County Deputy Sheriff Randy Taggart says that when he arrived at the scene, 20-year old Adam Enlow was bloody and lying on his side in the eastbound lane of the road where he died.
Taggart says the accident was originally reported as a hit-and-run. However, the skid marks or broken car parts characteristic of such an accident were absent from the scene.
Enlow's parents say their son left on his skateboard earlier in the day and never returned. The board was found in weeds along the road. Taggart says the skateboarder was not wearing a helmet or any other kind of protection at the time of the accident.
