(INDIANAPOLIS) - A 13-year-old Indianapolis girl who claimed she was nearly abducted is in trouble for making up a story.
Indianapolis Metro Police detectives say the girl fabricated the June 4th incident because she feared she'd get in trouble with her mother for being at a boy's house.
The girl had claimed she and a friend fought off three men near a south side Indianapolis shopping center.
Police arrested the 13-year-old, and took her in the juvenile center.
