(INDIANAPOLIS) - Wellpoint is reportedly reviewing a subpoena connected to a lawsuit filed by a woman who claims former Chief Financial Officer David Colby promised her a house.
The subpoena requests e-mail and text messages from Colby. Rita Dicarlo filed a lawsuit against Colby on May 25th over possession of his home in Thousand Oaks, California.
Dicarlo is seeking legal title to the house, which is believed to be worth at least $2.5-million. Colby recently resigned from the Indianapolis-based company over unspecified violations of the health insurer's code of conduct.
