(SUMMITVILLE) - There’s been another drowning in Madison County.
39-year-old James Rainey was pronounced dead after being pulled from a 4-foot-deep above-ground pool Monday night in rural Summitville.
Reports say Rainey was cleaning the pool at his mother and stepfather's home. A 10-year-old boy was in the pool at the same time and later noticed that Rainey was face-down in the water.
An 18-year-old Anderson man, Zachary Scott Bloyd, drowned June 16th in a pond near Alexandria.
