(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indianapolis Children’s Museum will offer Star Wars fans a sneak preview of the Star Wars toy collection the museum recently acquired from collector Randy Barker.
American Collection curator Jenna Bennett says Barker saw the first film at age 3 and began collecting toys associated with the popular film in pairs with the dream of opening his own museum.
The museum kicked off the display over the weekend for the 30th anniversary of the first film and will continue through September.
Museum staff will them take time to catalog and record the collection.
