(WEST LAFAYETTE) - The area near the Purdue University campus is one of the latest spots in the state to go smoke free.
One local restaurant owner filed suit in Tippecanoe County to prohibit enforcement of the ban, but was not successful.
West Lafayette joins other college towns in going smoke free, such as Bloomington.
