(GREENDALE) - A teen will not face criminal charges for causing a triple motorcycle fatality in June.
Dearborn County Prosecutor Aaron Negangard said he did not feel it was a criminal act. There was no evidence of erratic driving, excessive speed or reckless conduct.
Bryant Withers could have been charged with reckless homicide, but instead will lose his license for a year and be cited for left of center.
Police said withers' inexperience and diversion of the motorcycle poker run contributed to the accident.
An Ohio couple and a Greendale man died in the incident.
