(TERRE HAUTE) - The Vigo County Emergency Management Agency got an up close and personal look at a disaster on Saturday, handling a simulated terrorist attack at the Terre Haute International Airport.
In the simulation, an improvised explosive device and a chemical detonated in the morning, killing several people. Others further away from the blast suffered simulated injuries.
Officials say this drill keeps them on their toes, when it comes emergency preparedness.
