(INDIANAPOLIS) - New attractions, new entertainment and new food items are all ready to debut when the 2007 Indiana State Fair opens on Wednesday.
The fair board has decided to highlight one Indiana agricultural product at each fair, and this year that product is corn.
Fair spokesman Andy Klotz says there will be celebrity corn husking, a cornhole tournament, and even a "corny" movie being shown.
Another new exhibit this year is one called Indiana Curiosities, which includes strange and unusual things and people from around Indiana.
