(SANTA CLAUS) - The Santa Claus Museum has a new curator.
Museum founder Pat Koch selected Crystal Buehler for the position, citing her strong background in travel and tourism.
The Santa Claus Museum, located two doors down from the Santa Claus post office in the Kringle Place Shopping Center, includes exhibits highlighting the founding of the town, the history of its famous post office, the beginning of tourism in Santa Claus, the growth of Santa Claus Land into Holiday World, plus letters to Santa and the local tradition of responding to those who send them.
Many of the artifacts and photographs on display are from Koch's personal collection; other exhibits are from the archives of Holiday World & Splashin' Safari, along with loaned and donated treasures from collectors with personal ties to the town of Santa Claus.
