(UNDATED) - Noble County is under a level 1 weather emergency due to high water.
The Noble County Highway Department ran out of high water signs, so they issued the weather emergency to help keep people safe. The emergency went into effect at noon Monday and will remain in effect until noon today.
Problems could also be found in Dekalb County, where high water also caused problems. Sand bags had to be brought in to keep water away from a retirement home in Garrett.
