(GREENFIELD) - A worker at an automotive supply plant in Greenfield has been crushed to death.
The coroner says 47-year-old Suzanne Wyatt of Greenfield apparently reached into a bolt-plating machine to retrieve a piece of paper and was crushed when another piece of equipment came down on top of her.
Coroner John Jester says the Occupational Safety and Health Administration will investigate the accident at Indiana Automotive Fasteners. The company makes bolts and other types of fasteners.
