(HOLLAND) - Each community within Dubois County will have an opportunity to create and display a mural, that tells the unique history of each individual settlement.
The town of Ferdinand was first...St. Henry will be second and if Bill Bridge has his way...Holland will be next in line.
Bridge is quietly collecting donations for this project, which is expected to cost just under two-thousand dollars. As planned, the mural will depict the town of Holland before main street was given its first coat of asphalt.
Bridge says contributors will be recognized, at some point in the future, but his more immediate concern is locating individuals and businesses who simply want to play a role in preserving the history of the Holland community.
