(LAFAYETTE) - An attorney was arrested Thursday in Lafayette after officials say he showed up drunk, with a flask of whiskey in his suit pocket, to a juvenile court hearing.
53-year-old Peter Katic consented to a portable breathalyzer test, which registered at more than twice the legal limit.
Katic is a former judge of Hammond City Court. He also served as a District 12 State Representative for Indiana in the late '70s and '80s.
