(GOSHEN) - Goshen is the latest Indiana city to go smoke-free. The smoking ban in Goshen went into effect over the weekend.
The ban is similar to other smoke-free ordinances around Indiana in that it bans smoking in most public places, including restaurants, bowling alleys and workplaces.
However, it allows restaurants, bars, hotels and nursing homes to qualify for an exemption by paying an annual fee to the city of 100-dollars
