(MONTICELLO) - A Monticello teen who auditioned for the television show “American Idol” is not going to Hollywood.
17 year-old D.J. Miller went to Philadelphia to tryout for the show, but did not make it by the judges. However, the teen says he was asked by a producer to come back and try it again next year.
Miller beat out 20-thousand others in Philadelphia last week, but did not make the final cut for the show. His appearance may appear on the next season of "American Idol" on FOX TV.
